STASSEN CIDRES D’ABBAYE DE VAL DIEU BLOND AND BRUN
The Cidre de l’Abbaye de Val Dieu is born from the monks’ devotion to brewing tradition since 1216. These exquisite, naturally slightly cloudy cidres d’abbaye, use apples grown on ancient abbey land and a long tradition of double fermentation. Every sip is a precious gift of heavenly taste of the apple, of fine bubbles of a time that stood still, and of strong craft from monks’ traditions.
Their double fermentation gives them a strong and resilient body. Cidre d’Abbaye Blond has a rich amber robe and leaves delicate citrus notes. Cidre d’Abbaye Brun has a robe of a dark russet color and is of noble character with fine bubbles and caramelized notes.

Serve these cidres chilled in a chalice glass, with olives, nuts and a side of Joie de Vivre.
